Hi Rick, all oriental inspired dishes, are mine.

Deb is an amazing cook, but tends towards homestyle, generational stuff. Sauces, pasta, stroganoff/goulash, scratch made deer burger helper, soups, stews & side dishes. Her Caesar dressing is off the charts.

When I post something she's made, I normally acknowledge it, in the description.

That said, we are always both in the kitchen, enjoying a wine & helping each other.

Most of my recipes come from online, these days, where I once relied on a collection of cookbooks & magazines.

Deb has handed down, hand written recipes from grand parents, parents, friends. Tried & true, even if she has tweaked some to suit us better.
