I made another batch of King Ranch Chicken Soup.......I love that stuff. The Ro-Tel and corn tortillas really set it apart from other Chicken Soup. Would have probably been even better with home made tortillas but when I went looking for some Masa at Wall Mart they said some crazy hermit rancher over in MT was hoarding it all.
