Never use a written recipe.

This time it was a yellow onion sweated down in a tablespoon of Evoo.

Pinch of salt.

Browned two pound of burger in pan. Worchestershire sauce and soy sauce. About a tbs each.

Cooked burger and added a rounded third cup flour. Cooked the roux for a bit and added the whole milk.


Seasoned to taste with SPG and Onion.



Kids liked it.

Sounds like what we make, I add just a couple dashes of hot sauce also
