Took a hunk of left over lamb roast, chopped it up, fried it in butter and a bit of oil. Spoonful of flour to make a roux. Big heaping spoonful of red chili, heaping spoonful of green chili, and about half a pint of chicken stock. Little garlic salt and simmerin’......It was money.

Spooned it over fried potatoes and onions and a couple runny fried eggs.
