Dice onion & bacon & sautée + however much red chilli fake you can handle, once at texture you like, deglaze pan with a good lug of dry white wine & cook out till most of the moisture is gone, add heavy cream & bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer while you do your pasta.

Add a spoonful of the starchy pasta water to the sauce & pour over pasta.

Add cracked pepper & "zested" parmesan cheese.
