Great area to explore & create fantastic family memories.

Our trip was Deb's extended, immediate family. 12 of us for 3 & 1/2 weeks. Flew into Rome & did a couple of days of "touristing", rented vehicles & drove up into Tuscany. Stayed in an amazing villa in (?), which was a working vineyard. Had a live in cook cleaner, so we could concentrate on doing day trips in the region.

Daughter's most profound memory of the entire trip, was a whole beef carcass, hanging in the window of the butcher shop in SG !

From Tuscany, we drove to Riscone (?) on the Italian Austrian border, for a week, including Christmas & a week of skiing.

From there, we drove to Venice for 4 days, including New Years eve. AMAZING !

Drove back to Rome & flew back to OZ !
