I was up in Aberta last week waterfowling and had my first Caesar. Pretty good stuff. The gent who made them rimmed the glass with what tasted like Old Bay but was advertised as "made by two guys in Canada" so maybe not.
Also brought back 24 mallards and 6 Specks so the freezer is happy.
I think I'd generally prefer a bowl of clam chowder and a beer...unmixed But to each, his own.
