Home made is easy & best, but good quality "bottled" is readily available & pretty good.

Presidents Choice Thai / Sharwoods Thai / VN Thai.

Actually, been really taken by the VN Thai mango curry ! Recipe on side says; "add tofu, diced sweet potato & fresh spinach.

It's crazy good.

If you replace the tofu with chicken !!!
