Egg noodles in a homemade brown gravy topped with a brown gravy mixture containing baby bella mushrooms , chopped onion and crushed garlic sauteed in olive oil along with canned venison and sliced carrots.

Our first try with canned venison. We took the jar with the toughest meat(shin meat, etc.) and it was tender as could be after the canning process.
