The stickers were inside of the bullet boxes. When I can, I store the cartridges in the powder can that is loaded with the same powder that is inside of the cartridges. If the labels are off the cans the cartridges are loaded with a different powder. They will get a sticker.

My bulk/range loads go in ammo cans, or when those are all full, those newfangled plastic coffee cans. My labels are equally fancy, Sharpie on masking tape.

Harbor Freight plastic ammo "cans" that they have on sale every once in a while. Even off-sale they are cheap IMO. I use them for my magazine storage as well.

Not real picky about containers. No glass though. Winter is good time to restock shelves, just getting started.

For rifle rounds I use the ammo boxes that have the actual hinges not the molded in hinge that eventually breaks. I forget the brand at the moment but they're bomb proof.

For bulk pistol the Walmarts sells a HyperTough plastic "utility box" that works very well for bulk ammo. Smaller than a normal ammo can so it's not too heavy fully loaded up, but still holds a metric ass load of ammo. Stackable. Listed on their website right now for $6.88 each. I like to keep my shelves organized and these boxes are EASY to grab and toss in the truck.

My 556 stuff and loaded mags are all packed in metal ammo cans.

I'm pissed every time I think of the containers like that that I've tossed in the trash after they became empty of rice, pasta, or whatever. They would have made great containers for this kind of thing. Oh well, not anymore. I've got a bunch in my cabinets, and when they empty out, I'm keeping them.

GI ammo cans in the basement. I have 12 gauge loaded in 1987 that goes off every time.

Yeah, I have a few of those old ammo cans. They seal up real tight. Likely airtight.

Ammo boxes.

Plastic 100 round boxes.
They are cheap, stack well and are lighter to take to the range than ammo cans. Just glancing at the shelf tells me how much I have loaded.

My storage area looks similar with the surplus ammo boxes. I also use "cat sand" boxes lined with insulation. What I did not see here was the ammo covered or temperature protection, I have a 6 foot wide 8 foot deep, closet. The walls are insulated from the room and the "stuff" is covered with sleeping bags. It really slows down the temperature changes

Same here, easy to just grab a couple boxes for a match or practice, I even color code them by caliber:



I usually load in "lots" of a 1000 or more on the 650 and a couple hundred on the 550, box them and stick them in the cabinet.

Unlike many of y'all, I generally loaded in small batches. For most of 20 years, I was busy working, and did not have time to do large amounts. 20 Rounds would do me-- about an hour's work-- and that was all I really needed. As a result, I used rifle ammo boxes or MTM slipcases



About a decade ago, I realized that I could get 25 rounds done about as fast as 20. For my deer hunting ammo I graduated to 50 round MTM boxes and reload half a box at a time:



I bought a Hornady LNL Auto-Progressive about a decade ago. The main reason being that 50 rounds of pistol ammo took way too much time. I wanted to be able to get 100-200 done in one session.

For the pistol rounds, I've standardized on MTM 100 round boxes in MTM plastic ammo cans



Here's a tip for you guys: Dominos delivers their hoagies in a cardboard box that is ideal for storing brass, etc. They open up and fold flat for storage, and then you can turn them inside out for re-use.

I use an old Seal A Meal machine with cardboard shipping boxes, for storing polished brass and loaded ammo by the 100. Vacuum packed ammo in plastic keeps loads, water proof and the brass with the bullets shinny bright and clean. If you clip the plastic top side edges with a > they tear open easy and straight. The packs transport well for the field use in a jacket pocket or bag.

Hunting rounds go in MTM slip top boxes, range ammo in zip lok plastic bags. All handgun ammo goes in zip lok bags, I had a custom rubber stamp made for labeling with date and load info. I also made targets with lines for load info, these get punched and go into 3 ring binders with load info. Easy to see what load grouping capabilities are and what components went into the load.
