Things like this make me think about selling my Fieldcraft. I mean I like it, but with that much money I could buy my favorite kind of rifle in my favorite caliber. (A new one, and a new one.)  With money left over for a scope and cookies.

With the cost of everything increasing since they left the market, I have to think it would be a 50% increase; if not double. And that’s IF they actually come back.

The company has pulled some bone headed schit in the past, stopping production when demand was high, so let's see what happens now.

The new Barrett owner said at SHOT ‘23 that they were going to bring it back this year. We shall see.

for what it will bring i can build what i want with a titanium action, lighter stock than what they have and a little longer barrel....i have a fieldcraft but a 3000.00 and over is crazy I really like mine, and finally killed a couple deer with it in November, but $3k would probably get it. Ain’t putting it out there though. It just works, one of the very few rifles that didn’t need anything except thrown together handloads, which shoot much better than the Hornady factory I tried.
What fresh Hell is this?
