Sent three kids through Catlick school preK-12

If you know Catlick schools if your not working your working there, well unless your one of the rich pukes that donate buildings and such,

Honed skills cooking for thousands over that time.

Always found cooking for events got me out of other schit duties and I could drink for free unmolested.

Good thing I don't live closer...me peekin' in the kitchen window every morning would get old I imagine.

Cuppa joe anytime. Usually just a banana, toast and hard boiled egg. Maybe bowl of oats.

I’ll pass on the oats and toast, and will wait for a more traditional breakfast.

Fats- I made the chorizo breakfast casserole with the recipe you shared the other day. Had to bake it in a proper pan for fridge storage. Turned out wonderful.

Fats it’s not the best pic but mebs you can appreciate nonetheless…

Went to a local breakfast joint that I didn’t have the best initial experience with, to give it another shot

Amongst the specials were “Mexican pork chops”
I’m a sucker for early morning swine so I made the call and man it was great!

Chorizo and eggs, standard potatoes, nice side of refrieds with co-tee-ha, and tho mostly hidden, two chops with sautéed onions and avacado on top!

It was stellar👍🏼👍🏼

I waddled my a$$ outta there a happy camper

Forgot to mention a fat flour frisbee to boot!

Certs, anyday of the week and twice on Sun.

Except for them beans they look a little to blended for my tastes, good mixed in with them taters and the ranchera sauce on top though.

Need to serve your warm tortilla in a calentador or at least a cloth napkin.
