Steve Buscemi is another great one. Quentin Tarantino and the Coen brothers utilized him to great effect along with many other great supporting actors in their films. Harvey Kietel, Walton Goggins, William H. Macy were all pretty good.

R. Lee Ermey played some good parts. Boys in Company C, Siege of Firebase Gloria, Full Metal Jacket, Mississippi Burning, Sommersby etc.
