never seen a scope mount like that on a Ruger. How does it attach?

It does not appear to be a round top. The scope knotch is seen under the base on the front. Im guessing its been drilled and tapped. Not sure if 77’s were ever drilled at the factory other than the round tops ![[Linked Image from i.postimg.cc]](https://i.postimg.cc/mcRcQdvx/IMG-6785.jpg)
