Leap year has a leap day. I don't think that's anything new.
Pretty amazing they figured out the need for it back in the BC days. Exactly, Don't know what the fuss is about. Look up 1752. Britain lost 11 days one month when the switched from the Julian calendar to the Gregorian. Being that workers got paid daily and rents were due monthly, people got pissed.
