That's not a 141. It's a 14. The forearm is definitely a 14 shape and style, and I'm pretty sure if it were a 141 it would say GAMEMASTER on the left side of the receiver. The serial number puts it at 1914, 20 some years before the 141 was debuted.
ETA - check the barrel length. 14 had a 22" barrel with a milled raised front sight base like this
The 141 was 24" and the front sight base was screwed on like a 760.
