On my belt everyday is a Buck Lite lock blade knife I bought in 1985. Still carried in the original canvas belt pouch that came with it. Can't believe I never lost it. Use it to gut deer, and otherwise just keep it on my belt for when I need a moderately heavy spined knife for something.

In my pocket is a old small 2 bladed Imperial for normal everyday things like cutting strings, boxes open, etc. Also use that pocket knife to cut the scent sacks off of deer as I like to remove them first thing before gutting, and always do it with a separate knife than what I use for gutting.

A yellow Case Trapper for day to day stuff.

A Cold Steel Slockmaster if I’m hunting, fishing or doing stuff around the ranch.

Benchmade CLA. It's a plain edge and I like the auto action.
I wouldn't mind it being a combo edge though.

Stinger XL from Off Grid Knives. Fairly big knife, 4" blade, but pretty flat in the pocket. I really like it. Been carrying it for a couple years or so.

I had one of those, my son talked me out of it. Nice knife!

I like the Ka-Bar Dozier D2. Under $40 and I won’t cry too much if I lose it.

Spyderco is in the rotation too.

I carried a Leatherman Wave for many years. When I retired, I no longer needed a big heavy thing like that. I ended up with a little Buck 363, 2" blade. It's not high dollar by any means but it does take a decent edge. It's too small for real work but for my use, it does the job. It came as a set with a larger 365. I carry that one when I'm doing things that might require a larger knife. It has a belt clip and slips right into a back pocket. It's easy to forget it's there and it's been through the wash dozens of times. It handles water very well.

In my pocket, it's either a Spyderco PM2 in S30V, or a Buck 112 Slim.

For woodswalking I prefer a fixed blade on my belt, an ESEE 3 gets the nod.
