I saw that one but got busy with the kids and didn't get a bid in. He's got an accepted, published reference that says BDL so he didn't misrepresent it. On the other hand, if you took a vote here, it would be overwhelmingly not a BDL.
Maybe you should contact the Blue Book of Gun Values people and see if you can convince them it is not a BDL.

I have that exact gun in 30-06. I can't remember what year I bought it but I got it new for $449. I always wondered why you could see the line for the floorplate in the stock. Mine was described as just 700SS. The bbl is really thin but it is very accurate. Never knew I had a mountain rifle...lol Here's a pic of my 30-06 The bottom of the stock.

A BDL does have a "fixed" magazine with floorplate if compared to a "DM" model, detachable magazine. As far as your rifle, it is an ADL. It has neither a floor plate nor detachable magazine that would make it a BDL.
fixed with floorplate=BDL detachable magazine=BDL blind magazine=ADL

GeoW, Exactly! The seller is confused regarding the terms fixed magazine and blind magazine. Cheers... Con
