I have a Ruger Mark 2 Competition Target..I want a Sig Trailside but I'm not completely set on it..wouldn't mind getting ideas..I also wanted a Ruger Single Six but my local gunshop can't get one with fixed sights..I won't have adjustable sights on a sidearm..personal quirk..they rust around me

Have a Browning Buckmark. Want a Ruger Single Six. Wouldn't have a .22 without adjustable sights. Ain't like I'm using them for self defense or anything. Also wouldn't mind getting my hands on a Ruger Mk II competition model. Something about that slabside barrel that I can't get enough of.

I have an old High Standard model "B" 1B configuration, a Stevens tip up and a new Taurus Tracker 6 1/2" with adj sights soon to have a red dot on it.

Ruger Mark I target (very accurate) Ruger Standard Davis 2-shot derringer AMT back-up (firing pin keeps breaking) TC contender (with 2-power Lobo scope) Herters SA revolver (paid 12 bucks for it but it shoots very nicely) Tec-22 (fun gun you can use the 25-round 10-22 mags with) Interarms FEG Mark II (semi-auto made in Hungary) China Small Arms TT Olympia (semi auto) Iver Johnson TP-22 (got two of them--fun little shooters) H&R 9-shot top-break (always did want a nine-shot revolver and found this one last summer) S&W K-22 Model 17 Masterpiece (do my serious pd hunting with this one) Steve

Have ... none.
Want ... a few:
Ruger MkII standard and slabside, single-six (for serious shooting, Bearcat for plinking and general having a lotta fun with. If not a Bearcat then perhaps on of those 9-shot DA Taraus's, they look like an afternoon of fun!!

Currently own two: S&W Model 18 - 4" K-frame Ruger Mark II 5" bul barrel with Volquartsen trigger
Just sold a S&W Model 63 - that's the stainless kit gun.
Have owned in the past: Colt Woodsman and Browning Challenger with beautiful wood grips - Woodsman was first given to my father, then me, the Browning bought in 1968 for $75. Both sold many years ago by an ignorant fool (me!) who did not realize what he had. Ruger Single Six Ruger Bearcat Another Model 18 Another Model 63 - stolen many years ago Two Model 17's - K-frame with 6" barrel Colt MkIII - built on a .357 frame - WAY too big and heavy for a .22 Ruger Mark II standard - stainless, fixed sights 6" Ruger Mark II Gov't Target Ruger Mark II 10" silhouette model H&R Model 939 or 999 or something - had a key lock in the grip, my first .22 revolver bought for me by my father when I was about 11 or 12.
Probably a couple of others I can't remember at the moment...

Browning Buckmark Challenge. Beretta model 21a.
Shopping for a DA 22lr revolver, but haven't decided which. Trying to talk inlaws out of a Ruger single six.
Jim in Idaho - I'm curious as to why you sold the model 63?

Eventually I will probably kick myself and ask that same question.
Mainly because I didnt shoot it any more. Mechanically it was accurate enough although the width of the red ramp front sight filled the rear sight notch a bit too much very little daylight on either side - making it difficult to properly align, so I was always getting horizontal stringing on my groups. The front was integral with the barrel so it could not be replaced. Whenever I carried a handgun out hiking I either used my Ruger .45 Blackhawk or a S&W Model 15 .38. A while ago I settled on a 4 Model 586 .357 specifically for a woods carry gun.
Then theres my Model 18 .22 that is my main plinker/fun gun. It is very accurate, like most all S&W .22 revolvers. The K-frame grips fit my hand much better than anything I put on that J-frame and I tried the original little stocks, Pachmayr Compacs and a S&W Target grip.
The purchase of the Model 18 a few years ago pretty much retired the Model 63 to the back of the shelf. Im trying and partly succeeding in reducing my gun collection to those that I actually use, so the Model 63 went on the block. Being a discontinued item in excellent shape I was able to charge and get a good price for it.
Gunnery, gunnery, gunnery. Hit the target, all else is twaddle!

Like many of the above posters, I have several. Check these out:
SIG P210 .22LR conversion kit for my P210 Freedom Arms Model 1997 w/match grade .22LR Cylinder and optional .22 Mag cylinder S&W Model 48 (.22Mag) S&W Model 41 (.22LR) Thompson/Center 14" .17HMR barrel made by DA Van Horn Thompson/Center 14" .22LR Match Grade barrel Stocks for the above T/C guns are by Bulberry to make use of their free-floating hanger system. The T/C guns are scoped and very accurate.

Got a couple good .22s around.
S&W Mod.17 .22lr
Colt Officers Model Match .22mag
Colt SAA Frontier Scout .22lr( never been shot, I know what fun are they if you can't use them. Maybe one of these days.) Have a whole lot of fun with the first two though. That .22mag plays hell with jackrabbits. C

I have a Browning Buckmark. I also want a Ruger single six. I can't decide between the .22LR/.22Mag or the .17HMR. When I decide I'll buy one.

I have an old blued steel S&W M17 .22lr with a six inch barrel that I bought new around 1980. I also have a conversion unit for my Kimber Compact 1911. The Kimber has an aluminum frame, and the conversion unit (slide) is aluminum, so when put together it makes for a .22 that hardly weighs anything. Oh, and I mustn't forget the North American Arms Mini Revolver in .22lr. I would like eventually to get a Sig Trailside and a Ruger Bearcat too.

My 22 handguns include a Ruger SP101 (which resulted in about eight more sales of the same after mine was seen) and a High Standard in the Sportsman version, I believe which is in rather rough condition and lacks a magazine but is fun to shoot even single loading it.
