For centerfires, .223, my latest favorite is a Ruger compact.(With Leupold 6X42) .25-284 (with Leupold 6X42) .280 Rem. in a Weatherby UltraLight. (with Leupold 4X12) For rimfire Ruger 10/22 HB custom (with Leupold 6X42) Ruger 17 Hummer (with Leupold 6X36) Sako Finnfire 22 (with leupold 3X9EFR) For handguns Ruger MK II 4" BB S&W Ti .357 Browning HP in .40 S&W These are the ones that get used the most. Seems I've got several guns that are neglected. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> Virgil B.

7mm-08 bolt action lefty tikka whitetail hunter
7mm rem mag, browning A-bolt II lefty (most accurate rifle I ever shot)
7.62x39 semi auto mak-90 (this gun is accurate, more accurate than the open sites or scope setup) the open sites aren't setup for pin point accuracy, the scope is too high, using the scope at 9X I have shot 3 bullets touching each other at 100 yards, set the gun down and shoot again they will touch each oher again but will be 4 inch away from the last set. this one is a keeper, my other semi ak shoots all over the place.

.22 LR, Anschutz with 4X Leupold rimfire scope .30/06, Pre64 Mod 70, Shilen barrel, Brown Precision stock with Leupold 2.5 to 8X Leupold VX-III .338 Win Mag, Pre64 Mod 70, Ron Smith barrel, MacMillan stock with Leupold 2.5 to8X VX-III
Actually don't shoot the 338 much anymore and tend to use the '06 for everything unless I hunt moose in NW Alberta where uncle grizz likes to roam looking for easy meals.

Last year it'd be: .338 Ultra SUCKS 700 .30-06 Ruger Mk II .22 rimfire Marlin 25N
This year, I'm expecting a slight shift: .223 Model 7 .338 Ultra 700 .30-06 Ruger MkII (might be traded off for 7mmShamu in Model 7 if I like the new .223 as much as I expect I will)

sheer #s the .22lr tops everything by a long ways... the .243 does all else in a typical year
.22 lr- in excess of 100 shots fired on game since Thanksgiving... started on the 3rd box this week
.243- 7 rds fired on game since Thanksgiving...
deer season was missed this year... normally adds up to 2 shots fired on game.....
