Yeah I don't deal with them anymore either. I got ripped off also. I ordered some items but seems like homeland security or the border coops wouldn't admit it in to Canada. The vendor got his goods back but I never got my money back, so no more deals with them. I tried repeatedly to get this resolved but with no luck.
It is better to be judged by 12 than to be carried by 6.

They refunded my money. I needed the extra cash so I've been selling a few things on Ebay. I don't do much buying or selling there anymore.
I'd rather do business with 'Fire regulars but in this case, no one took me up on the recipro saw so it went to Ebay.

For what it's worth, maybe Craigslist would be a better way to go. Transactions are generally face to face.

I've done the CL thing, but unless your a horny guy looking for a hooker, or a guy looking for another guy, it seems pretty dead for my local area, LOL. Plus, I can access Ebay from work to list things, but Craigslist is blocked as "personals."

Wish I could offer some good advise, but I don't have any. This is the reason I too have dropped ebay. I don't see how it makes any sense to require the use of Paypal as a seller!
