I have a Bianchi Cobra sling I would let go for a reasonable offer.
Been used 3-4 times. Nice basket weave?
It's even been on a Winchester!
Of course my collection is much, much, much smaller!

Good grief!! And to think four years ago i passed up an individual walking down the aisle of the gun show with two Mannlichers M70's in .308 and .270 and all he wanted was 400 for each.

I have a .30-06 Mannlicher, may have talked to this guy when I first got it. It's a very pretty little gun, with a Fajen stock (from the factory) Wish I had a .270, or even .243, as the '06 in that little barrel is loud and wicked. I hope he gets $4,000 each for them, makes me feel a lot better about the$500 I spent.
But, I don't want one, either.

There is NO way these can be compared to P64's....unless the safes come with gold bricks and a couple of six packs....
Come on America, Athletes and actors are not heroes, only soldiers, airmen, marines and sailors get that respectand let's add firemen and LEO's

A few years ago, a guy in my area who was reported to have one of the largest collections of Winchester 52 rifles in the country. He sold the entire lot of 120-200 rifles to an unknown source. I know the guy and he never talked about the total number he sold, but he put two kids through college and grad school. I wish I had been this smart years ago. Someone somewhere will buy these guns. This amount is a drop in the bucket for some tycoon with a lust for the pre 64 Winchesters. I just hope the buyer leaves me a few in the will.

Or, 164,000 + dollar bills in your hand outside a strip club...
That better be a strong G string.

The difference between this collection and the M52'a is that there are people falling over each other to buy M52'a and I have never seen anybody all to interested in a M70 manlicher.
I collect M70's and the only way I would be interested in a Manlicher is if it was cheap, in the $500 range, as they have not really got any collector interest and they are also from the era of the worst M70's eer made.
