Yes.....
We would be outfitting folks outside of those sizes (med yoke/med belts) with Mystery Ranch (USA Built) harnessing......
Just waistbelts alone cost $34 for regular belts.... and our yokes cost $80!!!
This is a considerable value.... lets say you're a small/small.... you're getting a $114 value for $30.

Would I be able to get just a Crew Cab without the NICE Frame??? And if so, what would it cost? I previously bought a Behemoth so I don't really NEED a second frame ... (grin)

Brent, the ones on sale are black and made overseas and produced in collaboration with Camelbak (CBMR = Camelbak Mystery Ranch). More info is on the webiste.
The ones for $490 are made in the USA.
