4895 produces too much pressure in the 223 the times I tried to use it. Never did get it to work right in 223.
Someone will have to give the powder data but I know 4895 was one of those at one time, IE at least that burn rate, if not exactly 4895...
If you are wanting to know calibers, CMP or the old DCM matches requires service rifle only, these days thats allowed 223/308/30-06 only.
The long range matches like the Wimbelton, could vary but you could enter as service rifle, and be limited but also run any caliber(IIRC) up to 338 and no muzzle brakes.
The NRA matches the following week also allowed other calibers...
