I'm outta time tonight, but this is all pretty simple. I'll prefer to engage in respectful discussion and debate on any and all topics without being insulting. I like attacking ideas, not people. I'm game for humorus banter.

When Paul Walukewicz said "You are a load your mother should have swallowed", I was offended and felt he'd crossed a line that men ought not cross with each other.

Since then, Steelhead has referenced it at least a half-dozen times. And, at the time, there was ZERO outcry from the Alaska crowd. In fact, in a bit of hilarity, Sitka Deer thought *I* said it, and went off about how I should publically apologize, be put on ignore by everyone, etc. When Alpinecrick pointed out that it was actually Paul who said it, Sitka backpedaled so hard, he jumped his chain!

Another time, VAnimrod posted a photoshopped magazine cover that said "Jeff O sucks COCK!"

And what, you may ask, did I do to provoke this? Why... I opined that a 30-06 was a better general-purpose deer rifle than a .223, and I stuck to my guns and didn't back down. The horror!

That's the kind of thing Blaine is talking about. It's real, and when those guys get going, they are relentless and really cross the line.

There's the line that I think should be respected around here- family. Keep wives, kids, sisters out of it; you too, Blaine. Men see RED from that. My mom was fighting cancer when Paul said that. Blood flows overs stuff like that. It ain't right.

My vote continues to be: some guys need to tone it down a bit. Others need to get thicker skin. There's a workable middle ground there somewhere.
