"Then sir, YOU commenting on Christian behavior has as much validity as an anti-hunting telling a hunter how to hunt.

BTW, there is no Biblical requirement to turn the other cheek without end. Of course, I don't expect you to know that."

And you do?? Condescending bullschitt.

No dog in this fight, except I would rather listen to Pete's comments on Christian behavior than hearing the results of your actions. Leave Christianity out of this Blaine, your actions are overpowering your words. Don't drag the rest of us with you.

Nothing condescending about it at all. I am a Christian, he isn't. Pete has zero credibility in discussing Christian behavior.

And I would have continued to be harassed by a disrespectful azzzhat who over the years has constantly gone out of his way to be insulting and belittling to me.

I like this outcome better.

Please do so
I sense this has been painful for you and I think the other side is getting enjoyment out of it.

Zero? Really? He sure seems like a smart guy. Maybe he knows someone who is. A relative, a friend, possibly a fellow soldier. I can think of a few non-Christians who might know a thing or two about following Christ. Not really a mystery. And save your breath about knowing and KNOWING.

Just a thought. I didn't have anything to say about the content of this thread, but the "justified Christian" comments grow old. Not saying you made all of them either.

A Drunk man is stumbling through the woods totally drunk when he comes upon a preacher baptizing people in the river.
He proceeds to walk into the water and subsequently bumps into the preacher.
The preacher turns around and is almost overcome by the smell of alcohol whereupon he asks the drunk
'Are you ready to find Jesus?'
The drunk shouts 'Yes I am!'
So the preacher grabs him and dunks him in the water.
He pulls him up and asks the drunk
'Brother have you found Jesus?'
The drunk replies 'No I haven't found Jesus.'
The preacher shocked at the answer dunks him into the water again for a little longer.
He again pulls him out of the water and asks again 'Have you found Jesus my brother?'
The drunk again answers 'No I haven't found Jesus!'
By this time the preacher is at his wits end and dunks the drunk in the water again -- but this time holds him down for about 30 seconds and when he begins kicking his arms and legs he pulls him up.
The preacher again asks the drunk 'For the love of God have you found Jesus?'

(Are you ready for this????)

The drunk wipes his eyes and catches his breath and says to the preacher 'Are you sure this is where he fell in?'
