I "talked" to Mike about the shipping of meat, and he said he would look into it, and get back to me. I will post his answer as soon as I get it.
I am going to try for a trophy blackbuck for sure. Not sure if one or two hogs, until we get word back from Mark.

Ya'll will like the Boudin. I know the blood sausage Derby was talking about, I won't bring any of that. When I was a younger, Bobby Hebert's Dad and Uncle belonged to our club. They would bring it up and I would eat the hell out of it until they told that the red coloring came from blood.  It contains pork, rice, shrimp or crayfish packed into a sausage stuffing. It's good. All this talk of azz branding is making me a little nervous. If I show up and everybody is dressed like gay bikers in leather thongs, I am going to start shooting people. Just so the long drive won't have been a total waste.
