Using the see-thru's to start wasn't an easy decision. I bought a set of medium rings as a backup, because I agree, the lower the better. The only reason is that I've missed two bucks, one nice 8 pointer this year by not being able to find him in the scope. The Accura stock is bigger than what I'm used to and the cheek rest is higher than my Knight. Between that and being able to mount the scope where I want it, it feels real good. Will see if that holds true after shooting it for a while. As for the powerbelts, I switched from the Hornady Sabots to the copper AeroTips in my Knight a couple years ago, and they provided better accuracy and consistancy. So I figured why not start with there newest Platinum. I've been reading alot about the different loads, and I'm sure I'll try others, its great because theres so many contributers and a wealth fo information on this topic.
