Did the Colorado Navy officers hat go with the boat? No way! I like the gold braid way too much to part with it. I also kept the log book, my flag, and all my charts.  Anyway, if it wasn't for Colorado license plates Wyoming would never turn green in the spring. True dat!

I sometimes Joke about Wyoming but I will tell some of the reasons I love it.
It's the only state in the US where you can dial a wrong number and get somebody you know every time.
They build the Interstates in the ugly parts so nobody will learn just how pretty it is
If somebody steals your car it because they need it really bad. It will be back the next day, washed and full of fuel.

Just sorted out that there is a very good chance I will be on my summer home leave in June which we will spend at our place in north Idaho. A bit of a haul but it's on the calender. Missing the Texas one but maybe I can catch this one.
