For one of the nites in Saratoga...  Lowcountry Boil or Frogmore Stew named after Frogmore, SC. Anyways: You're gonna need the following for a great time with the family: Crab or shrimp boil---Old Bay will do. Red Potatoes peels on Corn on the cob Sweet Onions whole Chunks of kilbasa or any preferred smoked sausage All the shrimp you can eat---some use crawdad's Optional are artichokes or just about anything you might want to add. Fill your turkey frier or large stock pot with water. Add some vinegar, beer and shrimp or crab boil. Bring the pot likker to a rolling boil and steep for about 10 minutes. Add all the ingredients except shrimp and corn. 15 minutes before serving add corn. Then turn off pot and add shrimp. Let steep for about 5 minutes. Roll out brown or newspaper on a big table and simply dump all the drained goodies onto the paper. EAT!!!!!!! BTW---Maybe have a watermelon or 2 to boot. It's a Southern "thang" but great for a family outing and only requires a single pot. It's also GREAT for camping!!

Shweet (as in the MN vernacular). Fresh brats for the grill and smoked sausage for the Frogmore stew!
I use tortillas (grilled) to put my brats on...no buns!

I have a new Weber Smoky Joe Platinum I will have with me. We just have to feed it occassionally to keep the fire hot. I have some charcoal and a chimney starter.
