I'll play Surgeon action, Krieger barrel, AICS stock, NF 5.5-22x50mm in 6.5x47 Lapua Pierce action, Broughton barrel, McMillan Rem Sporter edge filled stock, NF 2.5-10x33mm, also in 6.5x47 Lapua. Rem M700 CDL SF Limited in 260 Rem with VXII 2-7 w/ LR reticle in Talley's. Most accurate factory rifle I've ever owned. About 15 different bullet powder combinations running MOA and better. I quit looking for more Alan

No, I'm not a Ruger bigot - just an unabashed fan of their revolvers, M77's and #1's.
A good .30-06 is a 99% solution.

Here's my collection. Remington 700 Classic in 6.5x55 Remington model 7 in 260. It's my go to gun. It's never lost a deer and never let me down. I've owned it since they were introduced. I also have a Ruger MKII model 77 in 6.5x55, but I don't have a picture handy.
I don't drink or Smoke. I spend my money on gunpowder and gasoline.

Redneck, those are some beautiful rifles. I especially like the Ultimate Classic. My two are a M77 RSI 6.5x55 and a Classic Featherweight 6.5x55. I'm kinda fond of Stainless/ Walnut Swedes.
