If a custom shop 250 Savage, as mentioned earlier, came up for sale north of the border, I'd be on it like "a fat kid on a Smartie!" I would think that since basic BDLs go for around $500, then a "C" grade ought to sell for about twice the price. If in very nice condition, then a little more. The point of the exercise was establishing a solid base line from which to draw conclusions. Of course, any specific gun is worth whatever someone wishes to pay for that specific gun. If you want it (which it sounds like you did), then go for it!
