Favorite is fried catfish then redfish, speckled trout, and brookies right out of the creek. Crawfish and shrimp are way up there too.

Columbia river Spring Chinook are awesome, nice simple BBQ and they are sooo good.

I alos love a Nice Raw or quick seared Ahi. Mahi Mahi is excellent also. Really not many fish I have had that I don't like as long as it is cooked right.

There's soooooo many excellent fish I couldn't pick just one. Matter of fact, the number of bad eating fish I've had could be counted on one hand.

Shellfish is easier.

King crab is my fav.
