The ONLY fuggin thing you need for EVERYTHING is a .223AI...1 in 12 twist, take off Ti stock...50 grain TTSXs...nekkid..and turrets to spin...
Think that he would consider 1 in 12 twist a very slow twist best kept in an original 1892 Winchester .25/20.

Have to bail on that'un. It's probably the only thing that knucklehead has ever posted here, that came close to making sense?
No problem here with the 30-06. Anything that is still working well after 100 years, can't have much inherently "wrong" with it. Haven't thumped a deer with one in years, but if I wanted to, know there'd be no problem with it being up for the task.
People that whine about it being boring, just need a swift kick in the ass to knock 'em off their little pedestals of self importance and smugness.
