Well they're not exactly free...There is definitely a price to pay after eating one. You have one hour, at Lunker's. If you can't eat it $50 bucks. Nevertheless I'm sure the steak I ate will still weigh more than the pig Les will shoot this march  As you can see my "special" pig camo brings in the big ones

I'll speak up and add that I can also bring an extra rifle if someone needs it. Heck I might even be able to find a bolt action somewhere in the safe.

I'll be driving so if anyone needs a extra rifle in tow,I'll be happy to oblige. I'll have a 25.06,7.08 or a 338 Fed selection one could choose from. I'm really thinking about giving my 41 mag a go this next trip unless this place has axis 32 inches and above that tempts me.
After Pat's Texas trip a couple summers back, I'm really beginning to get into this axis deer hunting.

Man, it sounds like ya'll are gonna have a blast! I feel like that Norman Freeman character in the Shawshank Redemption, "Red", after he's beeen parolled, finds the money, and is on the bus to see Andy. I haven't been this jazzed by anything outside of the bedroom in 20 years. I think most of it is the anticipation of getting to put some names to faces, and show Lester I can handle whatever he dishes out!

I actually am half tempted to buy a 450 Nitro Ruger #1. They weigh ~7.5 pounds, I am told.  But I'm thinking it would be for Nigai and bufflers...
