If my memory serves, and it normally does, I'm fairly certain I stuck with whiskey. In fairness, though, I'm not sure what I poured in whatever energy drink I had towards the end of the night. That was pre-cigar.

Rocks in the fire makes sense.
Pat or me in the fire is a little scary.
Unfortunately, we have some experience with just about being in the fire.
I think I fell in with a bad companion in Pat, but still did not fall into the fire.
I didn't get smart. I got lucky.

Ok, so it looks like my "falling in with a bad companion" story is not very credible.
That does not mean I'm a bad person.
In addition, both times I had to argue with Pat to get my brandy back.
I think the lesson to be learned from all this is that Pat will drink anything, with anybody, if it is free.
See, it's all Pat's fault.

Think I'll stick to vintage(or at least interesting) firearms on the hogs, myself. I can admire a good knife but can't really see myself sticking a hog with one, even if some eager dogs are holding it for me. And the last time I was at a hunting camp where whiskey flowed freely, the organizer wound up staggering around in 25� weather, clad only in boots and his tighty whiteys. The ladies present at the time were fairly mortified
