Now, who gets the other nomination? I hear the administration is looking for a very conservative Negro lesbian with a Hispanic surname confined to a wheelchair, preferably from New Orleans. No names yet.

Cool, he will do a good job I believe. I'm reserving judgment, but he certainly has the credentials to be there and I see no reason not to have him there. Now, whether he will be good over his tenure is a question that only time and case law will tell.

IMHO GW already stole a march on the enemy. When he changed Roberts' nomination from associate Justice to Chief Justice, the dems on the judiciary comm were already flummoxed and saying favorable things. Now we have a Chief Justice first time at bat without major problems and he has a great deal to say in setting the course for the Supreme Court.

Well some of this didn’t age well.... Understatement ! I always hated Little George simply because he was a Bush.
