If my new GAP non-typical is here by then, I just might make the trip! That would be super fun!

I would love to make it. We'll see how my work schedule comes along.
I may be working some in Glagow this winter and maybe obtain some home field advantage!

You can come back as long as you promise to be my spotter....
Don't forget to throw in that new rifle!!
It's a deal! And hopefully by that time, I'll have saved up enough for a scope for my little friend: Looking forward to it.....

My pals store has nothing like that. What is it?

MAN, would I love to come to this shoot this year! Being across the line makes things a little complicated, though...

Looks like a GAP, NonTypical... guessing 308 or 260 Defiance action, McMillan Edge stock (from checkering pattern), probably 23 or 24" barrel, BDL BM, Seekins 15 MOA rail, GAP camo... And would lay odds on it being a .308 after the shoot last year...

Well, I'm gonna try to make time and drive up from down south. If there's anyone down along the front range who wants to split gas money, shoot me a PM.

Sounds like a blast. Is Boxer going to be there? He can teach us all how to shoot.....
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

And, do you know what it weighs as it sits? And one last Q, has anyone done a McMillan HTG with Edge fill or do they not make it? Dober

Dober, I think... they only make it in the Hunter stock. I don't believe it is available in the HTG. If I recall from talking to them, only available in the one hunting stock and a couple of the BR stocks. see here: http://www.mcmfamily.com/mcmillan-stocks-ultralight-stock-list.php#uhuntersedgeAlthough, I am fairly certain that Manners will do the 90% Carbon in most of their stocks.

I hope to make it this year. Might only be one day, but will have to check the schedule while we are over there.
