Scott,

Been talking to some of the guys about getting you to the 2012 Boar Hunt. I suggested hand-cuffs, rope and chloroform. The guys said that I was being a wuss, and they suggested considerably more aggressive approaches.

Well, we have about 3 months to work it out.

Good luck?

They're Prius tires; he said to go in the fire it has to be bigger than a breadbox. He must be tying some tires from a real car to the top of his Prius to throw on the fire.

Look at the admin. guy taking shots at a real cop grin .

I'll have you know that my truck was made in Texas. The old Chevy had to go and as of Sept. 27th, a Tundra CrewMax replaced it!

I miss my 8' bed, but the cab makes up for it.

If I hijack one of hose "hybrid" choppers:

1. Can you fly it?
2. Will you come get Jim and I and take us to Tenn. in it?

I worked with a former Marine Corp pilot. He swore helicopters weren't really flying, they did it with mirrors. Than I asked him what we were seeing when a helicopter crashed; he said someone broke one of the mirrors. smile

OK, I admit that airplanes naturally want to fly, but helicopters beat the air into submission!

Steve,

Put me down as "definitely interested" but I have to see what the next month or two looks like for workload. If there is still an open spot come mid-Feb and I'm not buried and the "boss" gives her affirmative nod . . . sounds like it would be a hoot. I'll check with you later, if I decide yes and there's not a slot, well, I will be too late and I hope all have a great time.

Boys, so as not to hold a "maybe" spot, I'm officially backing out for this year. Africa, and funds spent on the house is going to make 2012 a rather lean year, hunting wise. However, make sure that you have an "official" Wilderness hunting thread/hero pics, when ya get back. See if Rick will pin it for a few weeks, so everybody can read it. Ya'll have fun now! grin

Sorry to hear it Maddog but you can't say it's not a great event you're dropping out for.
