Hey guys...are we allowed to hunt at night(after darkness) at this camp? Pat's new light would be a perfect gadget to test out were we able to do so.

I'll refrain from making the supposition that I could just "liberate" some (with appropriate compensation of course) from most front yards......

Concerning hunter orange, I think it is a good and necessary approach for all who are in the field to wear it, regardless of whether firearm or bow hunting, or just taking a walk in the woods. A lack of safe hunting practices can mess up a really good time.

I was going to be wearing a large paper mache pig outfit as the ultimate pig camo. Should I just paint it completely orange or spray paint "PIG" in orange on the sides of it? Ofcourse now finding out that Bob wants to track pigs down in the dark and is bringing some grape blunts makes me alittle leary of wearing it at all.... What do you suppose thats all about?
If 'ya can't put hot sauce on it, it ain't worth eat'n....

I think the paper mache pig outfit is a good idea but, if you are going to attract a boar,try red lipstick and heels....boars really go for that.

Wilderness Lodge News Note:
-They have a 100yd rifle range, with a bench, for sighting in.
-They also have three ponds with bass, blue gills and catfish, so you may want to bring some fishing gear. When I was there last Spring, the fish I saw being caught were not very big.
-We(Pat) will have the use of a pig roaster for our first night there and the last(St.Paddy's Day). And for other stuff if we want.
