I'd say the barrel is about 23" which means it's been cut or a pretty odd special order.
You should have included a picture of the front sight.

Looks like it has been chopped, it should be 26".
Can't see the muzzle and check the sight?

OK, barrel length is measured from the bolt face to the muzzle. To get it absolute, stick a cleaning rod down the barrel with the action closed, mark the rod at the crown, withdraw it and measure to the mark.
Yours is ~23" - prolly not factory.

Front sight looks like a Marbles ivory bead, could be factory, rear sight has been changed.

I put a rod down the barrel with the breech closed. It was a CH over 22". What should the rear sight look like?
