I made some to take to Dan's and made some for Grad party here, to go with pulled pork. Her recipe is the best!

Lucky for me, wifey and no. 1 kid only had a "taste". They're not big fans of slaw, but I am. I ate ~ 1-1/2 qts of slaw in 2 days. smile

I use green and red cabbage and a carrot. Haven't tried raisins yet.

Neither red nor blue. Must be a neutral pH!

It didn't last long enough for pics.

10 lbs. in 10 hours? What temp are you cooking at 275-300? My seven pounders take me 12-14 hours like clock-work at 250 dome.

Season indeed! The wife and I are the only ones who love slaw and the children would only eat a little. Wife and I always have a blast! Yum!

I like raisins, but Mrs. F's recipe had raisins in it. They like it thataway and a few other posters in that thread liked it too. I like some red cabbage and carrots for the color.

For me, I'll save the raisins for the bran flakes.

Scott-

My thanks to your Mrs. for the cole slaw recipe as well. I made it on Saturday and by Sunday afternoon it was all gone. Almost had some for Sunday breakfast.

Kinda scares me how consistent I am! smile

Away at church camp whem I was in grade school. They would set this big bowl of cole slaw out on the table. None of the other kids in my cabin/at my table liked it. I would eat the whole thing every time we had it.
