I think what he really wants is a catapult set up at the shore of a pond with a 20' floaty target ring set up 75 yards from shore, 15 declawed house cats without little life jackets and some kids with a paddle boat and no landing net to retrieve said cats from target zone. But you're right, I don't know him like you do.  What year or years did you do that? That's great, but I'm with Ingwe on the "no". TFF Fixt it further....
