I recall being told 45 in/lb front and 35 in/lb rear. Can't recall the source of that, but it's what I've used with no issues.

I was told when I called Kimber to use 45in/lb for the front and 35 in/lb rear.


65 in/lbs is what Remington recommends for their rifles with aluminum bedding block, I wouldnt go that far on a Montana.


If 2nd amendment rights can be subject to licensing and fees, how was the poll tax unconstitutional?

Kimber customer service must be hit or miss I called yesterday and the guy told me 60 inch pounds and tighten the front screw first. WTF

I asked that specific question the rep said it did not matter between the 84M and the 84L.
