I'd say Biden is handling Ryan pretty handily... you just can't have any gravity at Ryan's age, and he doesn't have any.
Ryan and Biden both, but Ryan more so, have been in nothing but politics their whole lives.
Both are what is absolutely wrong with what American politics is today.
