It's not politics, it's demographics.

Not just demographics: the GOP does everything wrong, just as if they wanted to make it an easy win for the Democrats.

Romney ran a damn good campaign. You have an ever increasing welfare population, a media that is 90% affiliated with an incumbent president and all the advantages that go with that, and we're still sitting here with him less than a %1 away in the biggest swing state and a couple points in the second swing state and that's all he needs to win.

Ronald Reagan would have trouble with a media as biased and unethical as it is today.

BS - he'll be the RNC's next presidential candidate. Mark my words.

For me that reason is usually because I've made some bad decisions that I need to pay for.

Yes, but it won't likely happen.

I am afraid you are right.

That's right,...that's right,..

As long as the GOP can keep the constitutional originalists from taking over the party,...there's hope (and change)

It's been your reality since page 3. I'll have to make sure you know how much the ND and GB games are over in the 3rd quarter.

I busted my ass over the last 12 years to not be eating other people's left overs, to stop getting clothes at shelters, to being able to afford to have the heat on in my house, to own a car, to put clothes on my son, to afford simple things like fresh food - and this election is going to put me right back there.

Excuse me if that bothers me just a little bit.

The republicans would win the Senate and the Whitehouse in a walk this year were it not for their stupid positions on social issues. On fiscal issues, they have it hands down, but they blow it on the social ones.

I have to agree. I absolutely loathed Romney's candidacy when it started out, but said that I would still support the Republican candidate. I'm certainly not willing to concede yet, even though it is looking bleak. That said, I have to tip my hat to Romney. He got better and better and ran a solid campaign. Much better than McCain. My hat is off to Mitt regardless of how this pans out.
