Knowing the popularity of the 30-06 I would guess its a logical addition to the African Safari line up.......

Would be nice to see the 275 Rigby in the current Ruger or even in the CZ 550 here.....
Am fortunate to have located a Mk1 M77 in 7x57 which now sits in a McWoody.......just devine.

Ruger made some Model 77 Express Rifles in 30/06. Also in 270 Winchester and 300 Winchester Magnum... Keep an eye out online because they do get sold.

i hope they do then i can rebore to 35 caL and re-chamber to 35 whelen

SeeDepp - agree the 7x57 Mauser would look just right on the Ruger African platform - very classy.

AussieGunWriter - it might be a tad difficult to buy either brass or factory loads headstamped "275 Rigby" as opposed to
7 Mauser / 7X57. But "275 Rigby" also sounds great.
