I'm feeling kinda silly for want another rifle in the same cartridge I already own.
So want to know do you guys own more than one rifle of the same cartridge/caliber. For example, you own three or four 30-06's.

Leo I like 30-06  Own 2 bolt action rifles now, and over the years have had 1/2 dozen.

I own NO firearms...
Mine were all lost in that terrible flood we had locally, that followed that earth quake & and forest fire that rushed thru here several years ago....
I lost both 22 LR and BB Guns I owned Officer! No doubt! with the current administration we have for the foreseeable future I lost all mine as well in a great seiche on the great lakes that have taken all of mine away. All I have are my duty weapons which I will gladly give up when the neo con thugs come a knocking.

Currently 3 260s reside in the safe. That caliber is pretty near obsolete. Another Big Green brainfart that fizzled out. Hope you have lots of ammo in that safe with it. Haven't seen a box of 260 ammo in eons.

I try to duplicate, it makes the logistics of stocking components cheaper. But I look at my little collection and have 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30 and 35. How'd that happen?  I do have multiple 22LRs and two 223s. Multiple guns are soon going to become a front page issue when Obama & Holder take off the gloves in an all out assault on 2A. Obama has signed on to the United Nations ATT small arms limitation/control agreement so the bans should be starting soon after the election dust settles. Gun owner licensing and universal registration won't be far behind. Many thought the NRA was being paranoid but it was dead right about Obamas anti-gun agenda.

Selling off those that don't get used. I could live with just a 223, 257R, 270Win and 375Magnum with a 20ga for upland birdies. Why you do that? You will be evicted from brotherhood of loonies. It's not as bad as that. I just bought a Parker Repro 20ga for my grandson. He just turned 1yr old, so I'll get to use it for a while. <grin> .
