I am getting a 270 Win. So far I have 2 bullets - 130 Hornady SST and 140 Gr Hornady SPBT interlock. Not much choice out there these days. I also have h4350 and h4831. Plan top use on PA whitetails.

You should certainly be able to work up something with those components. My rifle like 58.5 grs. H4831 with the SST 130's.

Well, you've got the right powders, bullets could be debateable, but in today's climate, be happy with what you have, it's tough to find ANYthing out there right now.
I use this load on Missouri farm-fed whitetails 130 Sierra ProHunter 59.5 H-4831SC Fed. 215M primers Winchester cases. Never had any problems with that load, deer are easy to kill. In the past, I used another load that worked fine 130 Sierra Gamekings 54.5 IMR-4350 WLR primers Winchester cases. Never had any problems with that load, either, it's a little slower (100fps or so, not enough to matter)
Just about anything you can stick in a case and shoot halfway well will kill any deer walking, though. It doesn't matter much one way or another. Deer are easy to kill.
Even a 7x57 will kill them, if it doesn't bounce off the hide. Sometimes they do, you know.........d:^)

I run 60.0 grains of H4831, 210M and 130 grain BT, Accubond, partition or Sierra.

You should certainly be able to work up something with those components. My rifle like 58.5 grs. H4831 with the SST 130's. Mine also likes 58.5 gr of H4831 sc, but with 130 gr. Nosler partitions. I'd think that powder charge would be in the ball park for just about any 130 gr. bullet...
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

The 140btsp is the bullet I use. My rifle likes I-4350, but you can't go wrong with both the powders you have.

I used the 140gr BTSP with a 22" Tikka T3. I used this bullet as a less expensive alternative to the 140gr NAB.
I noticed two things with the 140gr BTSP vs the 140gr NAB:
1. The advertised BC was the ~same. Out to ~500 yards they were interchangeable with the same zero and impact. At 800 yards, the BTSP impact was a good foot lower than the NAB. I don't know if the Hornady BC was inflated, or if the bullet just did not stabilize as well with the load I used vs. the Nosler (i.e the BTSP shed some velocity?). Not really a knock on the BTSP, but just an observation I found interesting. 800 yards is not really relevant for most people anyway.
2. Both bullets were used with the same brass (Win), same primer (Fed), and same powder charge (Hunter). Velocities were the ~same, 100 yard point of impact was the same. I could shoot either bullet with the same zero. The BTSP loads showed primers that were definitely flatter, every time. I'm not one to "look for pressure signs" in this manner, but when the loads are identical other than the bullet used I think flattend primers become relevant. It turns out that the BTSP bullets are a hair larger in diameter. Don't know if this is the reason for elevated pressures or not, but another interesting observation.
Overall, the 140gr NAB shot a little better and appeared to do so with less pressure, at least with Ramshot Hunter in my rifle. But they cost almost 2x as much. I'd have no problem hunting with the BTSP is that is what's available.

I used the Hornady 140 BTSP Interlock for years in my Remington 700. 53.5 grains of IMR-4350 in Winchester cases gave me 2998 fps (chronographed) from a 22" factory barrel.
59-60 grains of H-4831 works well with just about any 130 gr. bullet. A classic load.

I'm loading 60 grains of H4831 with the 130 grain Hornady spire points. I have also tried the 140 BTSP with Reloder 17, that was incosistent in my rifle. I didn't try them with H4831 (yet).

The 140 Hornady BTSP over H4831SC is one of the most accurate combinations in my very accurate Pac Nor barrel. I've yet to try it on deer since I've mainly been running 25 calibers for deer the last few years. If it performs anything like the 130 Interlock it would be a sure winner. This old rifle and 130 interlocks killed a pile of deer in my younger years.

Gay cartridge, but the 140 IL rocks over 59 grs of H4831 in my BPR.
I replace valve cover gaskets every 50K, if they don't need them sooner...

Well for a lot of years I shot 57.5 gr of IMR-4831 in a WW case and what ever primer I had on hand at the time under a 130 gr Speer SP. My guess you will find a load quick enough. 60 gr of 4831 with a 130 gr bullet is the classic Jack O'Conner load. H-4831 should get you there or close to it, with good velocity and groups. 270's are pretty easy to load for. My last one would shoot everything well except 140 gr bullets. Then again I never though I needed more that a 130 gr bullet out of a 270 anyway. I hope this panic and shortage business eases up some, but with the current leadership, I have my doubts.

Strut 4350 works too. About 54 grains with the 130 grain and 52 grains with the 140. Good luck.

So far, I guess I'm the odd guy out. My load is a 150 Partition and 57.0 grs. of Rldr-22. It's 2930 fps and 1" or slightly less grouping all the time in my Pre-64. What's not to like? Bear in Fairbanks
