Weatherby mk V ultralite in a hard to find 280 win. 24 inch barrel. All factory. Great stick at a great price! The .280's rarely come up for sale. I have a Mark V Accumark in 280, love it, but I wish I would have bought the ultralight instead.

You have a choice of weatherby or winchester ammo in weatherby guns. This is a low production 280 and do not come up very often.

I think he's trying to say is that the cartridge you mean is 280 Remington. To my knowledge there is no such animal as a 280 Winchester, (although Winchester more than likely sold factory ammunition for the 280 Remington.)

Have the twin to this rifle and it is pure heaven to pack. Took a cow elk this year with it stoked with 150 grain TTSX's.

thank all of you for input. only trade I can think of now would be a win or marlin 357. Had a lone wolf and sold it on a brain f**t day. 1700 for the package which includes 1 inch and 30mm talley bases and rings one piece, scope, gun.
